Arts Holiday program

Arts Holiday Programme – Ruatoria (April 2026)

A two-week school holiday programme for ages 5–18 at Te Whare Rangatahi o Ruatoria.

Dates:

Week 1: 7–9 April

Week 2: 14–16 April

Time: 10am – 2pm daily

Activities: Art, crafts, games, KiwiDEX, jewellery making, painting, clay work, and more

Extras: Free programme with lunch provided (shared lunch on final day)

Transport: Van pickup available (Rangitukia & Tikitiki)

Each day has themed activities like drawing, pancake pictures, slime making, sewing, games, and a final party day.

Growing Through Grief

Are you or someone you know experiencing Grief as a result of:

- The death of a loved one

- Separation or divorce

- Imprisonment of a Family Member

- Change in family life or circumstances

- Life threatening illness of a family member

- Affected by natural disaster

Then please register to attend the 'Exploring the Seasons of Grief Workshop facilitated by Nicole West from Gisborne'

When:  Thursday's 10.30am to 1pm

April 23rd, April 30th, May 7th, & 14th

Where:  Heartlands Centre, Hekiera Road, Ruatoria

Cost:  $30 for all four seasons
